Richard Parker / Director
Richard Parker has over 25 years of experience leading teams focused on the design, development, manufacturing and servicing of complex subsea, military and aircraft equipment and systems. Prior to joining LinRich Solutions, Richard was Vice President of Operations at AXON Energy Products for the Subsea Products and Drilling Products divisions. Prior to AXON, he was General Manager at L3 Communications Inc., responsible for the design and manufacture of military training equipment. Richard was also Supply Chain Operations and Manufacturing Manager at Oceaneering International, Inc., which included responsibilities for the manufacturing and supply chain efforts for complex BOP controls systems.
Richard began his career in the US Navy where he was responsible for leadership and technical expertise in the operations, maintenance and repair of complex electronic equipment, as well as managing and auditing the Navy’s Maintenance and Materials Management (3M) program aboard various types of Naval ships. Throughout his career, Richard has been relied upon to turnaround and grow business units, transition new products into production, streamline and stabilize processes, and lead Operational Excellence efforts. Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
